I think our minds have a lot to do with what’s going on with our bodies.
Having psoriasis myself, I’ve found that stress is one of my biggest trigger factors. So, when I’m all stressed and anxious, and my skin flares up, then I get more stressed, then I breakout, and well, everything just gets pretty crap.
I’ve learned that my ability to keep my stress in check has a massive part to play in keeping my skin in control, and so, if I can keep calm, it’ll get better. Freaking out just makes the situation worse!
